My journey at Roshan Mansoor & Co. since September 1, 2016, is a powerful illustration of the firm's dedication to developing accounting professionals into strategic leaders.

I began as an Office Executive and quickly transitioned into the core functional areas of the firm. My consistent performance and technical aptitude led to a significant promotion to Assistant Manager after two years.

In 2020, I took on the challenging role of Manager, which broadened my focus from execution to team leadership, overseeing a team of 12 staff members across multiple client engagements.

The most recent and significant milestone came in 2024 with my promotion to Senior Manager. This role involves overseeing a robust structure of managers, their assistant managers, and a team of dedicated professionals. I have handled a challenging and diverse portfolio, specializing in complex Tax, Audit, Litigation, Compliances and Due Diligence matters.My academic background demonstrates a consistent pursuit of excellence.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cricket and travel- exploring destinations that blend leisure, culture, and family experiences, each journey enriching my perspective and inspiring fresh insights.

I’m Neharika, and I currently hold the position of Manager at RM & Co. I began my journey with the firm as an Audit Executive, and over the past four years, I’ve gained valuable experience in auditing, taxation, and compliance while growing with the organization.

During this time, I have handled a wide range of professional engagements, including statutory and tax audits of various companies, FEMA compliance, stock audits, MCA compliance, financial and secretarial due diligence, and litigation matters involving ITAT and CIT appeals.

Outside of work, I love spending my free time doing pottery and gardening, as they help me feel refreshed and connected to creativity and nature. I’m also an avid reader and particularly enjoy fiction, which fuels my imagination and provides a welcome escape.

My association with the firm is built on a foundation of trust, and I am often entrusted with assignments that demand credibility and reliability.

My role involves managing HR and administrative activities, overseeing the overall functioning of the office, and ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
